Taft University System currently consists of two private Postsecondary educational institutions, Taft Law School and William Howard Taft University.

Before 2008, Taft Law School, which was established in 1984, acted in school during the William Howard Taft University. As a result of rehabilitation, which is reviewed and approved by the department, and regulatory authorities Accreditation body, Taft Law School has become a freestanding institution.

As a result of rehabilitation, William Howard Taft University currently offers programs of graduate degrees through the Graduate School of Education and W. Boyer Edwards Deming School of Business.
